Pawsitively Saved is a non-profit rescue for dogs
 in Newberg, Oregon

Our goal is to promote animal welfare through community awareness, education, and responsible pet adoptions. We promote animal spay/neutering as just one way to help keep pets out of shelter environments.

We wish to build a community where people value animals and treBeefyat them with respect and kindness.

We are dedicated to rescuing dogs left homeless for whatever reason-

Dogs in public shelters where they are at high risk of euthanasia due to overpopulation, dogs given up by owners because of difficult situations, and those in danger of abuse or neglect.

We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives

Animals in our care are spayed or neutered, receive all appropriate vet care and treatment. We assist dogs without regard to age or breed including being a resource for last resort "red-listed" dogs.

5/21/2121 Update from John's foster mom -    John has been fostering at my home for 7 months. He has come a long way toward becoming a good pet but is still ruled by his fear. He is good around every type of animal. He is very afraid of children and people who move fast or talk loud, running away is his first defence, more about John
Please give this beautiful, loving boy a new home/life. Titus loves to play with balls, chew toys, car rides and go on walks or hikes!  He is a loving, sweet boy.  Give him a peanut butter filled bone and you will have a friend for life.  He also loves treats of all kinds!  Titus would be great in an apartment, motor more about Titus
Ben is a loving very high energy, smart, eager to please boy!   He will require training and a lot of exercise so will do best with an active family.  Another pup in the house to play with would be great for him.   DNA: Catahoula, Black Mouth Curr, Blue Lacy, Plothound, and Treeing Walker Coonhound!   & more about Ben
